Describe what you do in town.

I am the Client Services Coordinator for Community Investment Collaborative (CIC). We are a local nonprofit that helps under-resourced entrepreneurs start small businesses through education, micro-lending, mentoring, and networking. My main role with CIC is to engage with the alumni of our 17-week entrepreneur training workshop. I support them as their businesses are growing, which involves visiting them often, hosting alumni events, educational workshops, showcasing events, pitch competitions, resource fairs, and more. I am inspired every day as a watch our entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality.
