The forage team has done it again with this exciting take on an old fashioned float for their Cleaver’s Cookout dinner seriesWell, Razz my berries, we say!

Enjoy Justin Stone’s lastest libation creation, featuring Potter’s Cider and Megan Kiernan’s Wild Blueberry Cassis Sorbet!

Ingredients

Spoonful of Laird’s Apple Brandy

1 splash bitters

1 melon ball scoop Wild Blueberry Cassis Sorbet

4-5 oz. Potter’s Cider

Garnish with pinch of fresh mint

Wild Blueberry Cassis Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds blueberries

7/8 cup sugar

3/4 cup water

5 oz. Cassis

Make a syrup with the sugar and water. Add the syrup to the blueberries, water, and Cassis in a blender. Puree and strain. Freeze in an ice cream container.
