Forage: Potter’s Rose Cocktail

At forage’s latest dinner series, Justin Stone conjured up yet another delicious cocktail featuring the local Potter’s Cider

Potter’s Rose

3 oz     Laird’s Applejack Brandy
1.5 oz   Gin
2 oz     Orange juice
2/3 oz   Sweet Vermouth
2/3 oz   Dry Vermouth

1 bottle  Potter’s Farmhouse Cider
1 tbs     Tart cherry simple syrup

Makes 3-4 drinks.
Suggested glass: coup

Pour first five ingredients into shaker with ice. Shaker vigorously. Pour into glasses and then fill with the Potter’s Farmhouse Cider. Splash in the cherry simple syrup and serve.
